Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of receipt feel free to return your purchase for an exchange or a complete refund. We suggest you keep the original packing material until you are confident that you will not be returning your purchase, as no compensation will be given for costs incurred for packing materials.
If you are wanting to return your item please complete the following steps:
1. Email us at customerservice@thetrellisdepot.com and request a return authorization number (RA#).
2. We will respond with 24 Business hours with your RA# and instructions on receiving a return label.
3. Once we receive the item back we will ship out your replacement product or issue you a complete refund.
